SOLD: 30th Anniversary 44’ Garlington XPS “Lookout”

We’re proud to announce the successful sale of “Lookout,” the 30th Anniversary Edition 44’ Garlington XPS—a one-of-a-kind custom express that represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship, design, and performance. Congratulations to Robert Biber and the MacGregor Yachts team on closing the deal, and best wishes to the new owners as they take the helm of this remarkable vessel.

A Timeless Classic, RedefinedBuilt to celebrate three decades of excellence, the 44’ Garlington XPS “Lookout” is more than a custom express—it’s a statement piece. With its sleek, sexy lines and performance-driven build, “Lookout” blends old-school soul with modern elegance. Every inch has been customized to the furthest extent, making this boat unlike anything else on the water today.

Key features include:• Custom Metallic Paint finish that sets it apart at any dock• Curved Mezzanine Seating for both comfort and function• Fully Custom Tower built for visibility, style, and utility• Tailored Interior that exudes modern luxury without losing the classic Garlington charm Unmatched in Value and Rarity To build a boat of this caliber today would cost well over $2.3 million, and the timeline to complete such a build would exceed two years—if a slot is even available. Garlington builds are highly limited, and the opportunity to own something this special without the wait is nearly impossible.

When compared to other boats in today’s market, the price for “Lookout” was extremely aggressive—making this not only a trophy piece but also a smart investment. Simply put: there is no other 44’ Express quite like it.

What’s NextWhile “Lookout” has officially found her next chapter, our team at MacGregor Yachts continues to represent some of the finest sportfishing and center console vessels on the market. If you're in search of your dream boat—or ready to list something special—we’re ready to help.
