Mid level day head to stbd. Washer and dryer are in companion way up to the lower helm area/pilothouse. Aft of the pilothouse is the full galley. Across from the galley to port is the bar / settee with stools. Aft of the galley is the salon. Aft of the salon is the aft deck area. There are spiral stairs to stbd to access the sport deck area.

• This boat has an electric /hydraulic radar arch that folds with the touch button giving you a bridge clearance below 20 feet. This yacht has made the trip thru the New York canal system making its way to Harbor Springs Michigan to its summer home. The yacht has done the great loop twice.

Engine Room:

This yacht has a hydraulic folding radar arch. Once lowered the height clearance is under 20 feet. This yacht has done the great loop twice. With 4984 hours, 2684 were at idle or just above.

Naiad stabilizer system reconditioned. New seals, bearings, one shaft. Hydraulic cylinders reconditioned. Hydraulic lines replaced.

All items from recent out of water insurance survey have been completed.

New stainless rudders with seals, bearings and related hardware. 2022

Caterpillar 3412 1400 hp engines. 4950 hrs. 2600 hrs at or close to idle. Boat has been run on its own bottom to Michigan several times and made the great loop trip twice.

These engines have antifreeze cooled after coolers. Not the problematic sea water cooled aftercoolers found in the higher horse power engines.

Brokers Comments

Out-of-water insurance survey was done on this yacht in 2021. This wasn't done for sale purposes. The owners had no intentions of selling. But then life happens and things change.

During my 40 years of buying and selling clients' yachts, one basic principle comes into play every time. There are some people you do not want to buy used things from and some people you do. Wish I could keep this yacht!

What it still needs:

• Flybridge Isenglass
• Flybridge plexiglass windshield is crazed.
• Complete electronics package

All of the Hatteras 75 MY's in 2000 to 2003 needed to be repainted. This paint has been maintained and touched. up. Shows well, but like all the others, eventually will need to be repainted.

Seller has priced this boat to sell it, not just to look at.
