With exterior styling and interior design by Francesco Paszkowski, "Phoenix" was built in GRP by Italian yard Sanlorenzo. "Phoenix" can accommodate 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite, two VIP suites and two twin cabins. All cabins are equipped with entertained centers, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities, while the crew quarters allows for a staff of up to six people. Power comes from a pair of CAT C32 ACERT engines with 1600 horse power each, that should deliver a top speed of 17 knots. When trimmed down to her cruising speed of 11 knots, "Phoenix" will have maximum cruising range of 2,500 nautical miles, thanks to her total fuel capacity of 6600gal. She is 266GT. The exterior design of "Phoenix" combines both sophistication and comfort. The larger and curved hull offers considerably more interior and exterior volume than a traditional raised pilothouse of the same length. The Tri-Deck configuration allows for the additional full beam Sky lounge that is not offered in most raised pilothouse yachts. A large salon with a panoramic sea balcony to starboard allows guests to relax in the natural daylight on comfortable seating including an L-Shaped settee and armchairs. A full wet bar and an entertainment center including a large screen television are also on offer. The aft deck has al fresco dining facilities at a large table and chairs seating 10 guests and leads down to a generous swim platform. Up on the flybridge the easy pace of outdoor relaxation continues, offering sun pads, loungers, a spa pool and a wet bar. "Phoenix" interior decor comes with the "St. Barts" package, inspired by the ocean and the beach and designed by Marty Lowe. "Phoenix" was the last 112' SD built, she boasts all the latest innovations, and one of the few to truly built to a US SPEC CUSTOM BUILD.

Overview
PHOENIX, a 2019 (delivered 2020) Sanlorenzo SD 112’, provides the opportunity to purchase the latest model SD 112’ on the market. She has been lightly used and is found to be in excellent condition. Built to a US spec at the time of build makes her a sought-after model.The US spec is a million-plus upgrade. PHOENIX has a gorgeous Marty Lowe interior décor offering a light and airy styling throughout. The SD 112’ offers huge volumes throughout which can be observed on every deck and in every room. Her main salon offers great livable space with a large double-door entry from the spacious aft deck. There is plenty of seating in the main salon, a pop TV, and a fully opening balcony. Forward to port of the main salon, one will find a chef-style galley perfect for preparing gourmet dining as needed. Forward of the main salon, one will find a stairway up to the sky lounge and pilothouse or down to the guest area forward where one will find four guest cabins. To starboard one will enter the formal foyer with day head and access to the on-deck master. Aft from the pilothouse, one will pass a day head as they move into the spacious sky lounge with comfortable seating, pop-up TV, and a complete dining area for 10, offering the feel of outside dining when weather permits and inside dining when the larger sliding doors are closed. Once through the dining area, one enters the larger bridge deck aft with ample seating. Here one will find the stairs to the sundeck which is equipped with loungers, a Jacuzzi, seating, and a small helm station. Moving down the exterior stairway to the main deck one will find a larger deck with seating and table. From the aft deck, one has easy access to the large swim platform which is perfect for swimming, water toys, and access to the tender.
