Forward to starboard offers the very large dinette area with comfortable seating for six guests. Moving down the companionway to starboard houses an over/under berth guest stateroom. The bottom bunk is a double berth. The stateroom features great storage along with its own full head and shower. Across to port features the elegant master stateroom with a full walk-around king bed, along with great storage and a full length closet. It also houses its own oversized head and shower with an abundance of storage. Moving forward to the starboard side features the full walk-in laundry room and tackle center. Over to port presents a very generous over/under berth stateroom. All the way forward in the bow area is the VIP stateroom, featuring a full walk-around tapered king berth, great closet storage, and tremendous space. It boasts its own full head and shower, with beautiful counter tops and incredible storage. This interior layout is extremely well thought out and very accommodating for its guests.
This 2016 brand new 74’ Spencer, suffered a grounding and partial submersion while being delivered to her original owner. She has received an extensive repair and refit with uncompromising attention to detail. All structural repairs were performed under the direction of Robert Schofield, Naval Architect and Naval Engineer, and have been scrupulously documented. In addition, two marine surveyors have been involved, inspecting the repairs as the refit has progressed. This vessel is for all practical purposes, a brand-new boat with full warranties on new engines, generators, sea keepers, appliances, systems, wiring and substantially more (see specifications). This yacht will easily pass a most exhaustive survey and she represents an opportunity to have a virtually new boat at a substantial discount with immediate delivery.
She has new 2600 HP MTU M96L engines, two (2) new 29KW ONAN Generators with sound shields, and (2) new M9 seakeepers. She has (4) staterooms, (3) heads, tackle storage/laundry room, (3) Release helm chairs on the fly bridge and a Release fighting chair. She runs in excess of 40 knots.
This 74' Spencer was damaged on its maiden voyage, but make no mistake it has been fixed 100% properly. With over 1000 pictures of documentation and a lengthy log of repair, many engineers and surveyors have been a part of this project. On June 4-5, 2020 a survey was requested and performed by Blake Stahl. The vessel passed with great confidence - it is structurally sound and in like new condition. We have all the confidence in the world that the new owner will have a great boat with many years of enjoyment. This Spencer shows as new with all new boat warranties and at the fraction of what a new 74' Spencer would cost. It is truly a great opportunity.
