Broker Remarks

The Billy Knowles “Alleycat” is a great representation of a pedigree custom boat. The layout offers comfort, 360 fishability and ease at the docks. The current owner completed a full refit in 2013-19. She has only been lightly used since. Outfitted with a large fuel capacity, generator, and water maker, she is ideal for extended stays at anchor. She also allows for extended cruising, long range, and the ability to generate her own electricity and make water. The cockpit is designed for for the ultimate fisherman or the perfect coastal cruise. Access to the engine room is conveniently through the cockpit. Another notable element is the layout on the bridge. The side door allows large bench seating that comes all the way across the bridge deck. Forward, a single captains chair sits in front of Garmin electronics and vast visibility. Down below is fully finished, with teak and holly floors, AC and LED lighting. This is a perfect and comfortable place to hide from the rain or take a break from the sun. Overall, the “Alleycat” is an all-around great vessel that is extremely functional and not one to pass up. She is easy to see at River Forest Marina.
